Territory Account Manager

York, PA-based industry leader in contract furniture manufacturing and sales is hiring an experienced Territory Account Manager to work in our York, PA office to manage the servicing of our accounts within assigned territory. The position requires 3-weeks in the territory requiring overnight air travel.

The successful applicant will focus on acquiring additional revenue from existing clients and bring on new customers who find the value in our product offerings. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for meeting monthly and quarterly business behaviors and sales goals focused on territory growth while maintaining a high level of customer expectations. The account manager will report to the Director of Sales. We’re looking for a customer-focused sales-oriented professional who values our company vision and is willing to learn, grow, and incrementally develop their selling skills in our fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

The Territory Account Manager must be able to demonstrate an entrepreneurial and growth mindset, be self-motivated, and results-driven to exceed sales goals. Excellent communication skills and prior sales experience closing enterprise accounts a plus.

Knowledge of selling contract furniture a plus as well as knowing and understanding the behavioral health, higher education, or healthcare markets recommended.

Compensation DOE – Base Salary + (uncapped) Commission plus reimbursed expenses.
