Furniture Finisher

We are looking for a qualified Finisher with a “Humble – Hungry – Smart” mindset for our furniture finishing department. This person will be able to apply various stains and spray finishes in a consistent, high-quality fashion.

The Finisher should be able to color match stains, trouble shoot finishes if problems occur, and achieve a furniture grade finish for our customers. The ideal candidate will be able to work in a team environment, be efficient and focused, and have an eye for continuous improvement both for yourself and for the Company.

We also cross train in other departments, so we are looking for teachable, flexible team members who enjoy learning and advancing their skill set and who do well in a team setting. Experience with basic hand tools such as drills, sanders, screwdrivers, and the ability to read both a metric and standard tape measure is helpful but not necessarily a deal breaker.

This is a full-time, day shift opening: Monday through Thursday 6:30 AM to 4:00 PM, Fridays, 6:30 to 10:30 AM. We are a top-notch facility with clean and safe working conditions, in a fast-paced quality-conscious setting.

Additional Details Include:

• Minimum Finishing Experience: 1 year (Required)
• Job Type: Full-time, 40 hours per week
• Salary: $16.00 – $19.00 per hour
• Work Location: In person
